Our boys outdid themselves with the ski trip this year. I didn't think it could be any crazier than the last two years with the Mardi Gras theme at the Saturday party, but people were definitely more into it this year and I have the photos to prove it. Unfortunately, I can't post them all - this is, after all, a "family" Web site, heh-heh. (Either Homestead would boot me or the people in the photos might hunt me down and shoot me, basically...!)
So... we begin with Friday night.
This was too funny... the buses stopped at a rest stop midway, and I can never resist a gumball machine. My bus pal B.J. was already heading back to the bus, so I fished a couple quarters out of my pocket and got us two gumballs. And look at the colors that came out! Even my husband understood the significance when I showed him the photo. (Wonder if I would have gotten yellow if I put in a third quarter - ?)
It was an omen...
I took my time getting downstairs upon our arrival, and apparently people were already visiting both the pool AND the bar. Shocking! :-)
Yeah, there was some serious drinking going on!
Uh-oh... these things are always trouble! And again, check out the color scheme!!
